This account has been adding material about Deepak Kumar to page D.k., see diff.

Based on a search result (I cannot the page directly as it is deleted), it appears content about the same person was recently added to Muna (film director) by User:Parampita Brahma, and deleted for being created in violation of Karanshrivastva's block. Karanshrivastva also has a history of adding material about this individual to articles, for example in this edit, so this looks like a duck. These are obvious socks and have already been blocked. I'm adding this report to request a sleeper check and the possibility of blocking the underlying ISP. Just like all the other socks, Valmiki keeps trying to create the Deepak Kumar page from various titles, including Deepak Kumar (Actor), Deepak Kumar (film actor), Deepak (actor), Deepak Kumar (actor), Deepak Kumar (director), and possibly others. In addition, the sockpuppet master and all of their socks seem to have a habit of quoting the content that's in a page in their edit summary when making edits, which is something I don't see often. Munneshbar was blocked in late October, just wanted to add them to the archive. Like some of the other socks, the user typically pastes article contents into their edit summaries, so you'll see stuff like ({{BLP sources|date=September 2018}} {{Use Indian English|date=September 2018}} {{Use dmy dates|date=September 2018}} {{Infobox cricketer | name = Sunil Gavaskar | image = Sunny Gavaskar Sahara.jpg | image_size = 250px | fullname = Sunil Manohar Gavaskar | birth_date = in the edit summary field, which may be a convenient "tell".

They also seem to edit a variety of Tamil articles. I only know this operator from their edits at Shubhangi Atre. I have blocked Rillino Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:00, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Tuxr started by making twenty rapid nonsense edits to User:Tuxr/sandbox. I questioned this and received a meaningless excuse. Tuxr has since made edits to Draft:Mananpur which blocked sock MarsalG created. Tuxr then made a complaint to Sir Sputnik who had been active in stopping prior socks of this master.   • Introductory notes:
  • Stepping through many of those sandbox diffs, I see complete gibberish, either a complete inability to speak English, or an intentional interjection of nonsense.[4][5][6] This tends to look like someone beefing up their edit count so they can edit articles that have the extended-confirmed protection on them, which Chris picked up on.
  • An article, Mananpur had previously been created and maintained by suspected Karanshrivastva socks. Though Tuxr was trying to create a draft article on Mananpur, which he ultimately set up at Mananpur, Jehanabad, the two versions (last version of Mananpur prior to deletion and first edit by Tuxr at Mananpur, Jehanabad) are dissimilar. The only real similarity is that both users name the two schools in the village. I don't get a good sense of Karanshrivastava's English skills.
  • Looking through the archive, suspected sock Corue also recreated the Mananpur article at Mananpur Village, which has been deleted. That is suspicious.
  • One of the notes in the archive about suspected socks, is that they often paste the contents of articles into their edit summaries. You can see that in their earliest edits, like here and subsequent changes to that user page.

  • Although past accounts are stale, there is some archival evidence in the CU log which makes it   Possible that Tuxr is related to Karanshrivastva socks. Based on the CU information, the clear attempt to game extended confirmed, the overlap on the drafts, and other behavioral tendencies,   Looks like a duck to me.   Blocked and tagged, closing.
